I couldn’t resist ‘Solent Green’, though I realise most people would only understand it literally (which I like to think is an apt description anyway).
Hardly a ‘seer’. All I saw was that those who genuinely do see the future are rarely able to change it. Cassandra’s curse was that, although she prophesied truly, she was never believed.
No one was interested 20 odd years ago, they’re hardly likely to be interested now.
